Upstairs Banquet Room seats 80 and features a big screen TV and room for entertainment. Separate bar and staging area with antique elevator mechanisms still in place. Room has two lighting systems (dimmer system and flourescent) Perfect for reunions, rehearsals dinners, business meetings and corporate holiday gatherings.
Five apartments are studio style with kitchen and bath. Each rent for $430 to $500 per month and are all currently rented. Separate entrance / exit to the street.
Building was fully wired and new plumbing was installed in 2000. Fully air conditioned with a state of the art exhaust system in the bar.
Located in historic downtown Monroe City, MO near Mark Twain Lake. This quaint town with a population of over 2500, has just been chosen as the site for a new Ethanol Plant. This will add over 60 jobs to the town and many more during construction. Growth stems from the expansion of highway 36 to four lanes.
